Correct Product

The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code
should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag.

Complete Product

If the purchased product includes an add-on or
comes in a combo while returning all the products
should be present.

Unused Product

The purchased product will only be eligible for a return
if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.

Undamaged Product

Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will
be eligible for return.

MRP tag

Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
