ABDM Grievance Redressal System
- This primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the
aggrieved party from anywhere and anytime (24x7). - The aggrieved party can submit their grievances through various
modes such as post/letter, Call center and grievance portal. - Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the
system generated "ABDM unique grievance tracking number.
