• Login to your Born Babies account and then head on to order history option.
• You will find all the products you have ordered on the screen now click on the product that you
  like to return or exchange.
• In the product section, you will see a return link next to the product click on the page which redirects
  to the page return page
• Fill all the necessary and valid detail properly and submit the request.
• Thats it, Order delivery team will pick up your product at the preferred time and location.

You can track the order and refund status under manage return page.

• They will refund the amount within 5-7 working days in your born babies account.
• Once the amount is refunded into your born babies account you can redeem against the new purchase
• Before Choosing the Refund Process. Please select the Bornbabies Wallet or Original Payment Mode[Bank].

• Usually for most of the metros and cities delivery time will be 3-5 days for other areas product will be shipped
  through Postal service it may take 1-2 weeks according to the locations.
• Other cities outside India it might take 1-2 weeks from the time of dispatch.
• While placing order you can find an estimated date of delivery.
