Refund
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Once your return is received and inspected, Customer care tem will
send you an email to notify you that team have received your returned item. - Support team will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method

Return
- Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. - If Customer recieved to be damaged or different order, please drop an email at
care [at] mycarmesi [dot] com along with the pictures of the package including,
the external box (with the label) and all the products which you have received. - Replacement of the product within 6-8 working days after verifying the issue.
- To process replacement or refund, the request should be sent to
within 24 hours of receiving the order along with the requested pictures.
Order Cancellation
- If you want to cancel your order, you just need to drop an email to
care [at] mycarmesi [dot] com within 12 hours of placing the order. - Customer will receive an email confirming the cancellation of
your order in 24-48 hours. - The money will be refunded as per the payment mode within
6-8 working days of the confirmation.
