Customer Support
Cancellation
- Cancellation before shipment (valid only on orders' place & delivery in India).
- If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to ,
customer support team on Help Desk or call at 8010 667 667 between 9 am and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday. - If you wish to cancel your order post shipment, it will take 7 business days for the cancellation process to complete.
- In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the
cancellation request. - In case of cancellation after the shipment has already been dispatched, we process the refund only when the products
are received and verified by our warehouse; this may take up to 7 business days.
Refunds
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same
account from which the payment was made within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products. - It may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions, will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the
billing details shared by you. - It may take an additional 3-4 business days for the amount to reflect in your account as per your
bank's requirements.
Return, Replacement
- DailyObjects offers its customers an 'Easy return policy', wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a
product within 30 days of its delivery. - They also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.
- Please note, refunds/replacement will be initiated only if the products are in appropriate conditions.
