Cancellation And Return
- If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped
yet, you can write to our customer support team on support [at] nykaa [dot] com
or call us on 1800-267-4444 (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 10pm and
Sunday, 10am to 7pm) - In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded
to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly
processed by team. - In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within
