• Then enter your email or phone number
• If you enter your Phone Number
  • Twitter will show you, last 2 digit of your phone
  • Also you will seee first 2 letter and one letter after @ as shown in figure
• If You Enter your mail ID then you will face same process as shown in above
• If you do not have any of these i.e E-mail address and Phone Number.
  Then Click on I don't have access to any of these
• Then Type your Twitter User Name
• Google will ask you some questions to verify your account

Reasons through which Twitter Account Suspended -

• Decrease the value of global public conversation
• Discourage people from expressing themselves
• May not threaten violence against an individual or a group of people
• You may not promote terrorism or violent extremism
• You may not promote or encourage suicide oe self-harm
• You may not post adult content
• You may not publish or post private information (Phone Numbers,Address)
• You may not post or share intimate photos or vedio of someone

• Go to the official site of Twitter
• Click the link of Activate your account or Already using Twitter vai text message
• Enter your phone number
• You will receive a verification code to your phone number, enter the code
• To create an account by entering your email address, a password, and a name for your account
• Cick Create my account

• Use UNFOLLOW [username] to unfollow an account via SMS.
• Use BLOCK [username] or BLK [username] to block an account via SMS. 
• You can also use UNBLOCK [username] or UNBLK [username]
• Use REPORT [username] or REP [username] to report an account as spam

• Go to your Setting page
• Click on Mobile tab
• In the Text notification section, check the boxes for each type of notification you would like to receive
• You can choose between receiving notification Only from people I follow or From anyone
• Tp turn off SMS notification make sure all the boxes in the Text notification section are unchecked and click Save changes

• Log in to your Twitter account.
• Go to your Settings and privacy 
• Click on the Mobile tab.
• Check where your phone number is listed, click Edit.
• Update your phone number and click Continue.
• You receive a code (via SMS text message) to your phone number.
• Enter Verification code and click Activate phone.
• You'll see a Your phone is activated.

• Send a text message containing only the word STOP to your country's
  Twitter short code.
• Your mobile number will be removed from your Twitter account immediately.
• Follow these instructions to add a new mobile number via SMS.
